By accessing or using NextStatus AI (the “Service”), whether through our web application or mobile apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Important Disclaimer — No Legal Advice
NextStatus AI is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal strategy. The Service is an automated informational, organizational, and status tracking tool. Use of NextStatus AI does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you require legal advice regarding your immigration status, asylum claim, removal proceedings, or visa petitions, you should consult a licensed immigration attorney or DOJ-accredited representative.
3. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use and Community Standards
You agree not to:
- Upload fraudulent, abusive, or malicious documents or files.
- Post offensive, threatening, or misleading information in community forums or reviews.
- Attempt to bypass access controls, reverse-engineer, or scrape the platform.
- Impersonate legal authorities, government officials, or other users.
We reserve the right to flag, moderate, or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
NextStatus AI offers free tier access as well as premium subscription tiers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the specified billing interval (monthly or annual) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NextStatus AI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed immigration deadlines, delayed USCIS adjudications, or government processing errors. Official records from USCIS, EOIR, and DOS always take precedence.
